For practical planning, use this guidance. An order enters processing only after payment is successfully authorized. The checkout currently supports credit or debit card payment. Any additional method is available only if it is displayed for the customer’s device or session.
To explain the process, the following rule is used. Payment providers may authorize, review, decline, or request verification. Customers must enter accurate billing details. A high-risk, incomplete, declined, or unverifiable transaction can be delayed or canceled. We do not store full card numbers on this page.
For reference, this is how the matter is handled. Questions about a failed payment, chargeback, dispute, temporary authorization hold, or currency conversion are generally handled by the issuing bank or payment provider. An approved refund is normally returned to the original payment method.
